I'm working at a bossini which requires its sales asst. to shout "LAI AH LAI AH! MAI LIANG JIAN YOU ER SHI BA XIAN ZHE KOU AH!!!!!" I was totally aghasted when I was told to shout for customers on the first day of work. They say it's CNY, so it's for the sake of the season, for the fun of it. Ok it was quite fun, cos the rest of the malay girls were shouting in weirdest accents, and they have no idea what they were saying. I'm quitting this soon. Kinda miss gramo. :D

I have some new tuition assignments. This indian parent hired me to be her child's chinese tutor. The indian kid got 80 plus for his final exam last year when he's in primary 3, he said his dad wants him to get 90 plus this year. I'm gonna make him write ten thousand zuo wen for me to mark man.

I really do miss gramophone.
